Pence Septic Systems (Pence South Brevard Sewer & Septic Tanks, Inc), is the largest septic tank service company located on the central east coast of Florida.
Pence Septic Tanks installs aerobic septic systems
Pumping your septic tank system is probably the single most important thing you can do to protect your system. If the buildup of solids in the tank becomes too high and solids move to the drainfield, this could clog and strain the system to the point where a new drainfield will be needed.
Pence Land Materials, Inc. operates a large fleet of dump trucks delivering fill dirt, topsoil, sand, and rock to job sites throughout Brevard County, Florida

Pence Septic Systems has been proudly serving the residential and commercial septic tank and septic system needs of Melbourne, FL, Palm Bay, FL, Cocoa, FL, Titusville, FL and the surrounding communities in Brevard County, FL since 1957. We provide a complete range of septic system services, including septic tank maintenance and repair, as well as new septic system installation. We carry grease traps, traditional septic tanks, concrete septic tanks, aerobic tanks and systems, multi-pipe drain field systems and infiltrator chamber systems.

Our company is licensed and insured and is a member of the Florida Onsite Wastewater Association (FOWA). Through our commitment, experience, and expertise, Pence Septic Systems has established a business relationship with our customers that attests to our integrity and concern for the well-being of the public.
Our goal is to build an ongoing relationship that will ensure your trust and confidence in the services we provide.

Drainfields

Pence Septic Systems installs the traditional gravity fed septic tank system consisting of a septic tank and the septic drain field, a large rectangular hole dug into the ground, partially filled with washed gravel to a depth of approximately 12 inches. Within the gravel  a series of perforated pipes are laid out parallel to each other and spaced approximately 3  feet apart to carry the effluent from the septic tank and disperse it throughout the drain field.

If you have a small building lot, or want to install a swimming pool, you may not have enough room to install a traditional system. In that case we can install a PTI  Rockless Multi-Pipe Drain Field which will allow us to install a system with a ?Foot Print? about 23% smaller than the  traditional system. By utilizing these rockless Multi-Pipe systems with an ATU (Aerobic Treatment Unit), we can install septic systems on lots that in the past could not be built on.
